Administration Building

The centrally-located Administration Building, just inside the Main Gate, houses The Landings Association's main operations. It serves as the home of the Community Development, Community Relations, Finance, General Manager, Human Resources, and Public Safety Departments. (The Public Works Department is housed in a separate facility, onsite.)

Residents can come to this facility for record maintenance, vehicle barcodes, as well as architectural and covenant compliance support.

In addition, meeting rooms can be reserved here during weeknights and weekends; Dog Park tags purchased; Storage Lot spaces reserved; etc.
