The Landings Harbor Marina, located at the northernmost end of Skidaway Island on the Wilmington River and within close proximity of Wassaw Sound, has dry rack storage for 276 boats up to 29 feet in length, wet storage for 28 boats up to 45 feet in length, and storage for 12 kayaks.
Landings Harbor Marina provides boaters with the following amenities and services:

- Retail store with boating supplies, charts, drinks, snack foods, and gifts
- Sheltered fish-cleaning station
- Wash racks
- Restroom and shower facilities
- Dolan Yacht Services
