Monthly Contract: $14.00/ft/month
For boats exceeding 6.5' tall, an additional $0.50/ft fee applies.

Wet Slip Storage Rates
$12.25/ft or length of slip, whichever is greater/month 

In addition to the per foot charges above for dry storage and wet slips, there is a monthly capital assessment fee of $25 and a Captain's fee of $138/year (pro-rated for month-to-month).

One month's payment is due in advance with signed contract.

Transient Rates
$1.75/ft/day
30 amp: $5/day
50 amp: $10/day
There is a $20 fee for movement on/off a trailer

Wet Slip Storage Rates
Annual Contract: $9/ft/month (30 ft minimum; inclusive of capital assessment and Captain's fee)

30 amp: $30/month
