Storage Yard

Storage yard spaces are available for residents� use in The Landings Association�s locations behind the Public Works building (600 Landings Way South) and also on McWhorter Drive (two lots). Spaces available range in size from 10� x 20� (smallest size) to 13� x 36� (largest size). Prices range from $160 to $350 for a six-month agreement, and from $250 to $650 for a 12-month lease, based on the size.

Residents may store a variety of items in these spaces, with the exception of boats over 14-feet long. Six-month and 12-month agreements are available, with all monies due at the beginning of the rental agreement. Partial refunds are issued if the Lessee sells all of his/her Landings property and no longer is a property owner.
