Surrounded by rivers, inlets, marshes, and the Intracoastal Waterway, The Landings has peaceful water vistas on all sides. With Landings Harbor Marina at the north end and Delegal Creek Marina on the south, all residents have easy access to the water's edge. The Landings Association is the governing body for both marinas with daily operations handled by the Marinas Department. The mission of the Marinas Department is to provide and promote boating and waterfront activities within The Landings by operating and maintaining the two marinas.

In addition to permanent wet and dry boat storage, the Marinas Department provides services through a sailing program, retail store operations, room rental at the Sunset Pavilion, hospitality at the Captain's Lounge, transient boat services, and marine repair services provided through Phil Dolan Yacht Services, Inc. The Marinas support their operations and capital expenses through the collection of user fees and the sales of goods and services.
