Landings Harbor Marina
The Landings Harbor Marina, located at the northernmost end of the Island, has dry rack storage for 276 boats up to 29 feet in length, and wet storage for 28 boats up to 55 feet in length.
This Marina provides residents, resident boaters and transient boaters with a variety of merchandise available for purchase through its retail store. Some merchandise available includes clothing, jewelry, gasoline, bait, ice, drinks and snack foods. Hours of operation during the offseason (Labor Day - Memorial Day) are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day. Hours of operation during the boating season (Memorial Day - Labor Day) are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday - Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday - Sunday. For tide information, click here.

Landings Harbor Picnic Area
The Landings Harbor Picnic area is available to Landings residents free of charge. However, reservations are required. To reserve the picnic grounds, please login to this website if you haven't done so already (by clicking on Login > Resident Login in the upper left-hand corner. Then go back to the Amenities tab at the top of the screen, and select Reservations.
Sailing Program
The primary goal of the Sailing Program is to allow residents to learn to sail in a supportive environment and to sail without having to own a sailboat. The department focuses on maximizing the program as a way to attract people to the marinas. The Marinas own eight boats for this purpose and charge participants a monthly usage fee. Weekend races promote camaraderie among participants.
Phil Dolan Yacht Services, Inc.
Phil Dolan Yacht Services Inc. is located in the southeast corner of the Landings Harbor complex. It is staffed by qualified mechanics Monday through Friday.
Phil Dolan Yacht Services is a full service marine repair shop that offers complete cosmetic boat care (detailing, buffing, waxing and bright work), commercial diving for bottom cleaning, zinc replacement and prop pulling, and USCG certified captains for boat transport and related services. In addition to some engine work, the shop does some wiring, painting, fiberglass, and other mechanical jobs.
Hours of operation of the center during peak season are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. During the offseason, weekday hours remain the same, however, Saturdays are on an as-needed basis and a staff member will be on call on Sundays.

Dinner On The Docks
Every Wednesday and Friday during boating season guest boaters have the pleasure of enjoying Dinner on the Docks at Landings Harbor, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. These events are catered by different local vendors each year.
 
Food and beverages may be purchased with cash or Marinas Charge. If you don’t have
a Marinas Charge, we will be happy to set one up for you when you arrive.
