Beginning April 18, Leary Construction, a contractor for Utilities, Inc. of Georgia, will be performing maintenance and painting to the exterior of the Elevated Water Storage Tank next to the Dog Park.
The purpose of this project is to ensure structural integrity, extend the service life, and improve the appearance of this storage tank in an effort to continue providing high-quality service to residents. Barring any unforeseen problems or inclement weather conditions, this project should take less than two weeks to complete.

It will be held Tuesday, May 3, at 6 p.m. in the Plantation Ballroom.
Atticus, a Cairn Terrier, is the perfect choice to be the Dog Park’s first Dog of the Month. Not only is Atticus the longest, continuous member of the Dog Park, he also is active (for his age, having been born in 2001) joining his mother, Blake Caldwell, at the Park most days at various times.
The Landings Company is excited to have the incredible artwork of Landings resident Margaret Toth on exhibit at the Welcome Center during May and June. We encourage everyone to stop by and enjoy the display during normal business hours, seven-days-a-week.

Hosted by the Association and presented by Guerry Lumber Company, this event promises to be both informative and fun. Vendors will be on site to display new and innovative decking materials and techniques. Contractors also will be on hand to meet with Landings residents to discuss exciting new home improvement opportunities.
